I mean my dad cares for me and downloaded a system onto my computer that makes me unable to get to certain sites.... One of those sites that my dad has on the list of bad site is Youtube, thus I am unable to watch the video that you posted BECAUSE it's from Youtube...

It's called a site blacklist program or a content control program, depending on which type you have. Not that you don't have youtube. Or that your CPU blocks websites.
